Vacation rentals with a pool in Espadilla Beach

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

Fer was very responsive and helped with any and all questions we had during our stay. The small private pool in the back was the perfect size for a relaxing swim and felt like it's own paradise surrounded by plants and we were lucky enough to have a huge family of monkeys above as we swam. The house itself was perfect for our family of 4 and had some games, wifi and Netflix. Great stay!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was magical and sitting outside was relaxing. We saw so many animals while staying there and the kids loved the pool! We had a grocery store and Soda walking distance away. Antonio was a gem. He did not speak English but he made sure everything was pristine. He is a true gem and willing to help direct parking and open the gate for us Some tips to help others….everything here is similar to the states. No suicide showers and lots of power plugs. Really the only issue we had is the upper bedrooms were too light and it gets bright early. Wasn’t a huge problem for us because we got up early to do activities while it was cool. We loved our stay! This place has ALL of the Pura Vida vibes.

This is probably the finest AirBnb we have ever stayed at. The building is so spacious with very good facilities. sitting in the pool whilst watching the wildlife will be a cherished memory. The large pool with infinity effect is deep enough to swim but can be waded into by non swimmer. It is not only private but not overlooked..The small pool with jets on the first floor is great for sitting in if there is a rain shower. The kitchen is well equipped and outdoor grill is a bonus. The double glazing with bug screens is well implemented. All the bedrooms are a good size and the showers hot and reasonable power. From the property we saw iguanas, squirrel monkeys, frogs , birds , parrots, howler monkeys and a toucan. Spacious bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. Handy binoculars. The maid was very sweet Not far from the beach, Manuel Antonio park (don't need a guide, look where other guides are looking ). The nearest restaurant is very nice and reasonable.

Absolutely spectacular ! truly a gem in the heart of Manuel Antonio. Everything was perfect !

If you’re on the fence about this place, don’t be! Awesome location. Friendly host. Great house layout, clean, Comfortable. And c’mon, you can’t beat a private pool House on the beach. It’s as cool as it looks. Our large family rented out the two houses and we loved every minute. Lorenzo is easy to communicate with and the house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your surf trip 🤙🏽. Thanks for having us!

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

Estuvimos este fin de semana alojados , siempre estuvieron atentos en cada paso del viaje , el apartamento estaba tal cual las fotos , y las amenidades y acceso a la playa muy cerca , mi familia disfruto muchisimo , volveremos en otra ocasión

The place was great. Hazel was great fully stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. I will definitely say again.

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön. Die Affen toben regelmäßig durch die Anlage, viele andere Tiere sind zu sehen. Für uns war es eine Art Dschungelkino. Das Haus an sich ist geräumig, gut klimatisierbar und sehr sauber. In der Anlage kann man sich sehr sicher fühlen. Gigi hat auf kleinere Probleme sofort reagiert und geholfen.

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

je recommande ce beau logement, très bien situé, près d une plage très longue et belle. La climatisation efficace, des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plages, une glacière, un parasol, tout est la pour profiter au maximum de cette magnifique plage! Idéal pour 4 personnes.

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

Apartamento muy amplio en condominio muy seguro. excelente ubicación, a cinco minutos caminando a la playa. Cerca de lugares para ir a comer en vehículo aunque no es necesario porque el Apartamento está muy bien equipado pra cocinar. Como extra tiene implementos para la playa muy útiles para pasar un mejor rato en la playa o en la piscina. Volveríamos sin duda. Un detalle extra la botella de vino.
