Great stay & location. Close to groceries store if you need it

This was 1 of my extended stays at Ali’s place which like I mentioned before is beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had a wonderful time during our stay which we extended for a couple of days more thanks to our wonderful host Ali.

An amazing stay! The location was wonderful and the home was splendid. Everything smelled and looked well cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms each had their own closet. I would recommend this location to anyone I know.

This is my second time staying at Royals place. The extra amenities are a nice touch and much appreciated. Looking forward to coming back again, thanks Royal!

Place was so great, a day after I arrived I booked it for another stay next month! Excellent host, cozy place, awesome amenities.

Ali’s place is our go to whenever we’re in Windsor. His place is beautifully equipped with everything that will make your stay comfortable. He’s very responsive and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.

Beautiful modern upper apartment style rental. Well equipped, clean, great for entertaining. The host is great to work with. Not a lot do in the immediate area (unless you have a boat) but that was exactly what we had wanted. Pool, fire, lake views.

Absolutely loved the place! Perfect for my solo vacation. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

The place was exactly as described, the bathroom was very spacious and our host was very responsive. It was about 80$ for one night, they also had coffee and tea bags available along with clean towels. The additional security cameras that are strategically placed made me feel safer that our host could see who came in and out.

Great location, so close to the national park but on a quiet street. right across from the lake. responded promptly to all questions. stayed with him before. plan to stay again next year.

My partner and I came to stay in Kingsville to spend the month of August with some family and friends, as we live in Toronto. The space offered us everything we needed during the day, as we both work from home. We love the charming neighborhood and the location could not have been any better with restaurants and cafes a 5 minute walk and grocery less than a 10 minute drive. If you love wineries this is also a perfect location. Thank you to the hosts who were extremely responsive anytime we had a question.

Great stay! Accommodating host. Close proximity to the bridge and the tunnel. Super comfortable bed and large television. Hope to stay again next time we are in town. ❤️

I didn't know how to rate Christophers place. I just wanted to get to the spot where I could write about Christopher. He is amazing to communicate with. I had car troubles on my way to Leamington from Toronto. I contacted Christopher right away. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave me great recommendations on possible ways to fix my situation. In the end he was very gracious and great to deal with. I highly recommend him and his place. Thank you Christopher for everything. All the best. I will definitely be going back to Christophers place when I go back to Leamington.
