Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

An elegant room in an eclectic and colorful house in our image, we are a mixed Franco-Peruvian couple. The house dates back to the 17th century and is located in the heart of the Notre-Dame-Du-Pré district 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, Place des Jacobins. and trams. Several outdoor spaces in our 500 m2 garden, a warm living room and a kitchen are at your disposal.
