Incredibly friendly host, very helpful and at the ready!

We arrived a little earlier than expected in the region. Jean-François went out of his way to let us check in earlier. The cottage is perfect for a stay with children, there is a playground and our children enjoyed playing outside. Cottage in tip top, very clean, beds nicely made, towels are provided. We have greatly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend here. What a beautiful nature reserve within 10 meters walking distance. Lovely walk with our dog. Neatly clean accommodation. We were received very kindly. Definitely a place to go back to

it was a great getaway! From Eupen, you have a good start to get to other cities. the apartment had everything you need and is a pure children's paradise! there were games, duplo stones, wooden railway available and even in the hallway a small light with motion detector. here is really everything thought of for families! Thank you so much! we will definitely be back as we felt at home!

Very nice cottage a few kilometers from the plateau des Hautes Fagnes, with garden and private path. Two large tables for dining in the garden, comfortable interior, with beautiful views to the valley. Only small downside: linens and bath towels are not included and it is not mentioned on the listing page. We'd love to come back!

A lovely house on a great location! Vincent has made everything in order to accommodate our large family. I was able to reach out to him with all my questions. The house was great for the kids in terms of toys space and great garden. And at the same time enough peace and space for grandparents. The location is a perfect base for Germany, the Netherlands and other beautiful cities in Belgium. Highly recommended for families!

Lovely stay at the house! We especially liked the garden and outdoor areas. Each bedroom is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's right next to the start of various hiking paths, which we appreciated and a short ride/medium walk away from the kayaking and bike rental place. Just two small things to note: the parking space is rather awkward to park in, and the linens & towels are given for an extra fee.

Rike's place is perfect for a couple of days exploring Aachen and it's incredible cathederal. The apartment is well positioned to the old town, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and communication with Rike is quick and easy. And the best part of the apartment is the sunroom, which is an absolute plus! While the apartment doesn't have a separate loungeroom, we found that we spent most of our time in the sunroom, looking out over Rike's garden, and westpark. Really quite relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Rike's place and recommend it to other travellers.

Really lovely apartment, perfectly clean, nice furnishings, very comfortable, a great base. En-suite showers in both rooms, which is great. On the river, very lovely view each morning, lots of natural light. A bit of traffic noise outside the front of the apartment, but not bad at all. So easy to communicate with the hosts, who were very helpful.

We had a nice two nights here. Host was very communicative in terms of check in, and he left us a bottle of champagne which was very nice. There was lots of coffee, tea, etc available. Overall place was clean and beds comfortable.

Lovely place!! Eduard was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and very clean. Location is very peaceful and perfect if you’re travelling by car! Would definitely stay again if we visit Cologne again!!😄

We enjoyed our 5 day vacation in this lovely town. Everything was very good. Clean cozy apartment with all facilities. It was especially nice that everything was thought out in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect too. Near Terme 2000 and historic magnets. The hosts were very welcoming and responsible. Great place. Very secluded. Especially the large kitchen is equipped with everything I could wish for. A perfectly appointed and designed place to stay . Highly recommend.

We spent some really nice days in Maria's apartment. It was a very nice break, everything was available and the children were very busy. I can recommend this apartment one hundred percent and we look forward to next time at Maria's place. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's holiday flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

Super clean stay, smooth communication and quiet location.

We were in Cologne for FIBO 2025 and chose this accommodation. Admittedly: With about 40-50 minutes, it is relatively far away from the fair. The beauty: The bus comes almost right outside the door (3-minute walk). Lidl, 2 bakeries and a pharmacy are right around the corner. Very large and spacious apartment, with plenty of space (there were three of us). In addition, a large kitchen with all the utensils you need (including Dishwasher). Martina (host) was very friendly and helpful and also responded directly to questions. So: Had a very good time, great place and happy to come back!!

We love this apartment- this is our second time staying. It feels like home and was in a perfect location.

Had a wonderful stay. Christa was friendly gave good hiking tips and there were maps with junction walks in the studio. We definitely want to come back.

WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Marylene's place. Our hostess was very pleasant, attentive and friendly. We will be happy to come back!
