Beautiful loft in former stables, perfectly renovated, surrounded by greenery, fields and a beautiful orchard. The large living room is ideal for group living, and the estate offers outdoor spaces to isolate yourself. The above-ground pool in an old container is an asset in case of high temperatures, and remains secure, which is reassuring for parents of young children. Audio and projector installation, good wifi connection, ideal for watching the Olympics in July 2024. Very comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Claire, the host, is adorable and very helpful. Highly appreciated stay.

We stayed at Anne's place with friends for a weekend that had a taste of too little! The weather was particularly favorable to enjoy the beautiful garden, in the middle of the fields... We also greatly appreciated the quality of the decoration and amenities inside. We'll each save the address for next time!

Perfect place to escape and relax hosted by incredibly passionate and thoughtful hosts. A huge thank you to Patrick for the warmest welcoming and for finding us a restaurant to eat on such late notice. The place itself is beautiful with large rooms and comfortable beds, very well stocked with air dryers, plenty of towels, ironing board, welcoming basket etc. The spa was brand new and clean and with the right lightening (thanks again to Patrick and Françoise for such attention to details) was fantastically relaxing. I would stay there again any day.

A very nice place in a quiet, beautiful place. Part of the house is very nicely renovated, however other parts of the house are a little older and you have to like that. We thought it was great, but a little too high in the price for the condition of the place overall. Particularly good and liked the furnishings of Camille's house - very tasteful and very vintage. A special place to stay, full of inspiration. We can only recommend it!

We spent a lovely weekend in a splendid, beautifully decorated and quiet house. The amenities are of great quality and the house offers all the comforts expected. As described. Jennifer is very responsive and considerate. We also enjoyed being able to enjoy our Sunday in the garden, only returning the house in the late afternoon. However, for people with allergies, three adorable cats roam freely in the house and garden.

We are charmed and deeply touched by both the bewitching and its hosts. We've said everything about the practicalities by putting the 5 stars of excellence at every step of the questionnaire. Here, we want to thank Julien and his father for their unparalleled hospitality, as well as for what they do for their region, having saved a Renaissance mansion, having restored it themselves with respect for tradition and sharing this beauty today with visitors in this cottage combining all the comforts with the local atmosphere and the historical patina. Excellent stay. Very nice house, faithful to the photos, tastefully decorated, very clean and very pleasant. The garden is nice and the outdoor lounge perfect for BBQs. Very nice pool..Very nice welcome from Morgane, flexible and attentive. We really want to come back!

A charming place. Stylish and cosy. Even in the horrid December weather it was lovely as it felt homely and the wood burner is a dream! Amer was incredibly helpful and I will be going back to stay again!

We had a lovely Christmas with family (6 adults) in a warm, very pleasant and very functional house (excellent equipment ;) Everything is done to have a lovely time together. Sompras was also available, responsive and very friendly (thank you again for the special touches upon arrival ;).

Nathalie and Jean Yves are very good hosts, very welcoming. We stayed at the cottage because of a wedding celebrated in the hamlet, which allowed us (4 couples) to be very close to the party venue and have all the necessary comforts (well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bath mats, parking in the yard for 4 vehicles without problem and several sets of keys).

Great accommodation, plenty space if you bring a family with kids to play, run around. Great hosts, the communication was great, really helpful with everything. I would highly recommended staying there.

The reception was excellent. The place is very pleasant and quiet. The whole house was impeccably clean and functional. We would recommend this listing.

Our stay at Isabelle’s place was absolutely unforgettable! Isabelle was beyond amazing as a host – warm, welcoming, and so thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location itself was stunning – beautifully peaceful and incredibly relaxing. While it’s remote and there aren’t shops or restaurants nearby, that added to the charm and tranquility. It felt like we had our own private sanctuary. The property is a dream, with so many thoughtfully placed little areas to relax, unwind, and just enjoy the surroundings. Whether it was sitting with a book or just soaking in the views, each spot felt special. And the house itself – wow! It’s stocked with everything we could need, and honestly, it looks like something straight out of a high-end design magazine. Every detail is beautifully curated, with a stylish, welcoming vibe that feels effortlessly sophisticated. I can’t recommend Isabelle’s place enough for someone looking for paradise. 😍

We had a really good week. The accommodation is very new, very well equipped, and the bedding very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the hammam, and our daughter had fun with the swing and slide. The place is totally quiet, in the countryside, which allows you to rest.

Very well located cottage, very easy to access for those coming by train. Excellent quality of hospitality by the owners - always good advice and ready to solve every little problem of everyday life. Peaceful and relaxing environment. Very close to the center of this beautiful city of Chàteaudun. Feel free to come and stay there...

Very pleasant stay for a week of remote work in Valerie's cottage because there is everything you need, the place is quiet and where I found serenity and tranquility. Wifi works great i took advantage of the outdoors by going to hike almost every night after work either on nogent le rotrou or nearby It's perfect to relax and a special dedication to Valerie the mistress of the place Valerie is not an owner like any other. she makes us feel good in her cottage and takes care of our well-being she pays special attention to her hosts with small sparse messages everywhere. it adapts to your check-in and check-out time while remaining reasonable it easily responds to requests and gives advice a big thank you Valerie because without knowing it, I chose the right cottage for my personal reflection, I loved this place. and most importantly, don't change anything, you're perfect 🫶

We had a great weekend in the countryside! We particularly appreciated the warm welcome from Marie-Ange and the fireplace. Finally, the location of the listing allows for many walks in the forest.

The secret laundry is an atypical and pleasant place, we were not lucky the weather was not with us for the evening, otherwise it would have contributed well to the charm of this place. The fallback solution is less magical but the place is clean and we have useful necessities. Claudine and Hervé are charming and have good advice.

Great stay in the countryside at Carine's! The veranda is, as indicated by Carine, a little cool, but very pleasant to spend the afternoons surrounded by greenery! Thank you very much Carine!
