Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a 2-hectare green setting, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a small pond.

Charming Normandy cottage on the water

Charming Chaumière located on the property of the Manoir de la Pérelle in Hondouville. Dependency located on a plot of 3 hectares on the edge of the Iton. Free walk on the property. The Rusty Rose

This Cottage with its atypical charm - entirely designed and created by me - is nestled in the heart of our property in a small village in Vexin Normand. 1 hour from Paris, 50 minutes from Rouen, 25 minutes from Lyons-La-Forêt, 20 minutes from Vernon-Giverny, 10 minutes from Château-Gaillard-Les Andelys, 2 minutes from Domaine de la Croix Sauvalle and Grange du Bourgoult.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
