As frequent travelers, we have encountered more than our fair share of subpar rental quality. However, this experience was entirely different. The owners’ care for providing an exceptional guest experience is evident in every aspect of the property. We eagerly anticipate future visits and highly recommend this rental to others seeking a memorable stay.

This was my third time staying at Lacey's home, which is located in a lovely residential neighborhood within walking distance of the Constitution Trail and IWU. Despite a busy weekend, the highlight of my trip was cooking dinner for my son and his roommate in the open and airy kitchen. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Peoria was halfway for our friends with you families and I to meet up. This house was a wonderful gathering space on a quiet road. It provided a great amount of space for play, visiting, cooking, and eating. Bonus, it has so many extra closets and cupboard spaces that it made the best house ever for a game of hide and seek!

Pam was a great host. She was exceptionally quick to respond. She and her husband were very friendly. The house had great views of the lake, river and wetlands. We could even see an active eagle nest. The horses and chickens were an added bonus! There are neighbors but it was still pretty quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Lovely old brick home in a quiet neighborhood next to a garden that I bet is beautiful in the spring and summer. We were a little too early in the season to see any flowers and plants but you can tell it will be very nice in the warmer months. The home itself was very clean! It is an older home with lots of character and very comfortable. We slept very well. The main bathroom was large and clean and there was plenty of clean towels (that are very plush) and toilet paper. Bring your own soap and shampoo. If ever I have a need to stay overnight in Bloomington-Normal I will stay here. It was ideal!

Really cool older home that’s been updated and well maintained. Lots of character. Very clean. Would definitely recommend. Plenty of space with two bedrooms, a nice sized kitchen, a large dining room, and a comfortable living room. Close to several restaurants.

What a lovely home! It felt like we were staying in a museum (which I’ve always wanted to do), but without the do not touch signs! The furnishings and design are all perfect for the historic setting and comfortable as well. Bill is amazing at communicating quickly and didn’t seem to mind all the questions I sent him as a first-time user of Airbnb! Entry is on a keypad and the house had all the supplies we needed. I hope very much to stay there again!

The house was absolutely amazing. Very close to our Daughter's house! The home was accomdating and my daughter was able to find it with ease! We have a new grandbaby so we will definitely be back! Thank you again!

Amazing house, calm area and still close to everything! We walked to uptown Normal for coffee, shopping, and enjoyed the campus area but it's also easy to access the house by car. The house is really great with lots of space for hanging out as well as getting some alone time if needed. There's outdoor space to enjoy meals and the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has all appliances needed including a coffee machine, a coffee grinder and an espresso machine. If you're a tea drinker there's a kettle too! Our host Liz was very accommodating and helpful, giving us recommendations based on our interests! She helped us explore not only Bloomington/Normal, but Springfield as well as Chicago! We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Had a great time. The gaming selection exceeded expectations. The kitchen allowed us to eat in a couple times. The house was clean and the experience overall was simple and enjoyable. Absolutely would stay again.

Brent’s place is amazing. He and his wife leave extremely thoughtful amenities and they have wonderful recommendations on places to go and places to eat. His place is EXTREMELY clean, has comfortable beds, and is quiet. We loved it!

This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 young children. There were tons of extra amenities ie: spices, kcups, hot chocolate, tea, shampoos and body washes, various cleaning supplies and dish soaps. Plenty of towels and TP. Wifi worked well. some yummy restaurants close. College next door so the kids enjoyed exploring and running around.

Everything we had hoped for! This quaint home in the heart of the town was easy to find, instructions were clear on how to enter/exit, and it had all the amenities you could want from a full rental home. The basement with air hockey/foosball was a fun spot to hang out, and with the washer/dryer down there, it reduced the sound during use. The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking pots/pans/utensils and the bathroom was in good shape (no fan to get rid of moisture but that's common with older homes). The beds were comfortable and there was room to move around in each bedroom. It was just two of us, but for a family of up to 6 this place would be great! The only annoyance was the loud creaking floors, but that's another thing you get from these older homes. There's a chance we may visit Morton again in the future, and we will likely be back to stay here.
