Nestled in the oldest neighborhood of Agios Khrykos, known as "Sevdali," meaning desire in Turkish, you'll experience a serene atmosphere. The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό και δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία στην οποία φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε λιγότερο απο 1 λεπτό. Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 100m από το σπίτι. Ακατάλληλο για άτομα με αναπηρία.

Traditional house with seaview

The cozy two-floor flat is located in a traditional Ikarian stone house, built on the natural rock of Fytema Valley. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the sea. The Beach is only 200 meters away. In front of and beside the apartment, there are two terraces. The furnishings – antique pieces – match the house building period, almost 100 years ago. A wonderful special feature of the apartment is the view of the sea from the bed.

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

The accommodation is located in the centre of Evdilos, among the picturesque cobbled alleys of the harbour. It is 50 m from the port and 100 m from the beach. All travelers will have easy access to everything they need at this centrally-located place to stay. *In addition to the overnight stay price, the climate resilience tax is included, which is charged to the guest (€8 per night) and paid upon departure.
