It had lots of good places to take photos, cozy atmosphere, lots of kitchen amenities, and very responsive to our texts.

Rhonda’s place always exceeds expectations! We have stayed here multiple times and have always been happy with everything. It is such a quiet area and Rhonda’s place is our go to when we’re in the area!

The property itself was clean, spacious, and had lots of amenities. Everyone who came was comfortable and well rested. Would definitely go back!

My family and I loved the house and property. Relaxing and the view is beautiful! I enjoyed seeing the sunrise every morning. Our dog loved all the spacious room outside. She was quite upset when she got back to our small yard! Thank you!

This is a great place! Our favorite things are the view, the direct access to the river, and the hot tub. Boat access for the river at Sneed's Creek access is a 1/2 mile down the road. The bird and nature watching is high level. We saw bald eagles, kingfishers, otters and even heard wild turkeys on Sunday morning. Great place to get away for our family of five plus two dogs!
