Great place with tremendos view on the lake - Harbour, restaurants and swimming area in the lake in walking distance! Shopping Center also in walking distance. Jacky is very responsive and has very well explained all necessary.

Casa centralissima, veramente confortevole, piccola ma con charme, non manca nulla. Romeo è gentilissimo e veramente reattivo, mi ha concesso di entrare in anticipo ed è stato molto amichevole. La posizione impagabile, mi sono veramente sentita a casa.

- Mike was very responsive, his communication was excellent, whatever we need, he responded like right away. - His studio was very spacious, from the fifth floor I can see activities from Geneva train station, very fun to see. - The studio location was perfect and not noisy at all, very close to supermarket ( right in the train station), and downstairs in the building there were many shops. - It was so easy to get around by train, tram, bus…

What a lovely way to wake up to the view of Lac Leman from your bed (after you pulled up electric shutters that guarantee uninterrupted sleep)! And it's not only the view, the whole estate is beautiful - the park, the building, the lobby, the apartment obviously. It's a historic building, you have to love it, but all modern comforts are there and working. The hosts are very kind and helpful. If you don't arrive by car, it's a 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre, a sloping road to the lake, but I (not very sporty) managed well and even started to enjoy the uphill walks. The estate is really quite and peaceful, but there are nice bars and restaurants just "down the hill", by the lake. Lovely two nights, already want to come back.

Super séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé. Les petites attentions sont très agréables (jeux, nécessaire pour la cuisine, salle de bain). Merci bien pour les idées de ballades et de restaurants. Vu superbe sur le lac :)

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt . Unsere Familie und unser Hund waren sehr willkommen. Die Sicht auf den See ist traumhaft. Wir konnten unser Auto bereits vor der Check-In Zeit kostenlos in der Tiefgarage nebenan parken. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffee, Tee, Kaffeerahm, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl etc. Man kann einfach ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen.

We felt right at home and loved our stay. It's perfect with one bedroom with a door so the kids can go to sleep without being woken up in the evening. The house is surrounded by a big garden and while being only 5mins drive from the lake it's super private.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 4 Personen und einem Hund hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und der Blick auf den See sind unglaublich. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz und Komfort - unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Viellfältige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Einer der besten Urlaube die wir bisher hatten!

Séjour fantastique de quelques jours en famille (incluant 2 ados et 2 quasi nonagénaires). La maison est agréable, bien aménagée, confortable, juste ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien à 6. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, comme le reste de la maison (on a même utilisé la cheminée un soir :-) Lea propriétaires sont très sympa, prêts à aider mais non envahissant, les balades le long du lac sont magnifiques, à deux pas et facile à tout âge, restaurants et supermarchés à proximité … bref.. rien à redire.. que du bonheur :-)

j'ai passé quelques jours avec ma fille, très joli logement tout neuf, je recommande vivement.

Wir waren zu sechst imn der Villa und haben es sehr genossen! Der Whirlpool bietet genug Platz und das Haus ist ebenfalls grosszügig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und versuchten uns zu helfen wo sie konnten. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, das die Sauna nach Kloake stinkt. Wir haben sie dann nicht benuzt. Sonsz war alles sehr toll!

Wir haben als Familie Ostern in Constance Unterkunft verbracht. Die wunderschöne Lage direkt am See hat uns immer wieder zum staunen gebracht. Jedes Zimmer hat Seeblick und ein eigenes Bad, dies haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr angenehm und kompetent. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und es anderen Familien wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Lieu enchanteur. Maison bien entretenue, lumineuse, confortable, déco originale. Un séjour tout en douceur. En cas de vent d'ouest et de fenêtres ouvertes, le bruit des avions approchant l'aéroport de Genève pourrait être pesant.

excellent séjour dans cette maison tout au bord du lac. un bonheur de piquer une tête chaque jour. La maison est grande, et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. De chaque endroit de la maison, on bénéficie de larges vues sur le lac. mention spéciale à l'accueil de Paolo, très disponible. bref un séjour parfait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Valérie , qui est une hôte très gentille et très serviable. l'appartement est confortable et très bien situé. Valérie s'est toujours rendue disponible pour répondre à nos besoins.

Daniel is a 5 star host and his flat is outstanding. The view of Lake Geneva is breathtaking. The furniture is comfortable, the amenities are everything you need, the neighborhood is safe and close to many things. The pictures and description are 100% accurate. You know what you're getting which is important for us! I will book this flat again when we return to Geneva.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai pu profiter d’un processus d’enregistrement autonome, parfaitement expliqué par Steve, ce qui a rendu l’entrée dans les lieux très fluide. L’appartement est situé dans un endroit calme, idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. La vue est tout simplement incroyable, offrant un panorama à couper le souffle qui rend chaque moment passé ici spécial. De plus, le jacuzzi est un véritable atout !

L’appartement correspondez a les photos de l'annonce avec une vue magnifique sur le lac leman. On a passé un agréable séjour en famille grace au confort du logemet, bien équipé. Son emplacement très proche des pistes de ski nous a permis de passer des tres bonnes vacances. Merci beaucoup Nadine pour votre réactivité. je recommande cette adresse !!

Appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut dedans. On s'y s'en bien tout de suite . petit balcon bien exposé avec la vue sur le lac et proche de toute commodité et du du lac. Station de ski accessible en peu de temps. Une rue un peu passante à coté mais pas trop gênante. Accueil très agréable-Séjour très réussi

Absolut komfortable Unterkunft (auch bei Regen :-)), tolle Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können die Wohnung sowie Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Danke Claudine und Christian
