Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Separate bedroom with a double bed, additional sofa bed in the living room. Motorcyclists welcome; covered parking is available. Dogs allowed. Cot and highchair available free of charge upon request. Play equipment, vehicles, and helmets are available. Electric cars can be charged at €0.30/kWh. A perfect place for peace, nature, and relaxation.

From this centrally located yet quiet accommodation, you can reach all the beautiful places in our area. The Teutoburg Forest and the Weser River offer wonderful day trip destinations. Hameln, Rinteln, Lemgo, Barntrup and Blomberg are each 20–30 minutes away by car. Minden and Detmold 40 minutes. All wonderful cities with a lot of ancient history and sights. Wonderful hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity. REWE, Aldi, etc., as well as bakeries, are within walking distance.

Cozy apartment for 3-4 people

**Bright granny flat overlooking nature** Our bright apartment on the 2nd floor located on meadows and fields can accommodate 3-4 people (+baby on request). It includes a bedroom with a king-size box spring bed, a living room with TV, sofa and extra bed. The fully equipped kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower as well as DVD player and board games provide a feel-good atmosphere. Washing machine in a separate room. Linens and towels included. Small break: fireplace + rest + yoga + hiking

Our detached wooden house "Kleine Auszeit" is located in beautiful nature in the Extertal vacation park directly by the forest and was completely renovated by us with a lot of love for detail in our own work in the Nordic style. An extensively equipped kitchen, fireplace, bed linens/towels included, 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and views leave nothing to be desired and invite you to cook and relax together. The hiking trails are very close.

Vacation home Wiesel

Welcome to the Wiesel holiday home - a wooden house in Scandinavian style. Lean back and relax by the fireplace after a hike on signposted paths right outside the front door. For sports enthusiasts, canoe trips on the Weser, bike tours through the Weserbergland or a trolley ride through the Extertal are attractive. The cities of Rinteln, Bückeburg, Hameln with their well-preserved old towns are also worth a visit. A vacation with a horse is possible by arrangement.

House Tom with sauna and now without electricity costs

Das Haus Tom verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer die liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Heute lädt das Haus zu idyllischen Abenden und zum Entspannen & Abschalten ein. Kochen mit Freunden ist in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche ein Genuss. Sauna und Bad sind ein Traum. La Vista - fantastic view

Welcome to La Vista - a modern 65 m² apartment with fantastic views and a quiet location. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible without steps. Consisting of a living room, bedroom, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and terrace. You can share the garden, the wooden deck by the pond and the studio. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the living room has a small wood-burning stove.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
