Vacation rentals with a firepit in Eyjafjörður

A wonderful stay, and a very lovely brochure made by the host, explaining the depths of the culture!

We had the most amazing week staying here. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely place to stay and it’s surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The room was warm and cosy and check in was very easy. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right from the start. It’s situated near enough to akureyri for a quick drive to the shops and restaurants etc, but also in a peaceful area surrounded by the horses, dogs and nature. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights on our last night which we viewed from the hot tub. A truly amazing week away with some incredible experiences which were made all the better by this great accommodation and lovely host. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Thank you!

it was a cozy place outside of Akureyri. we were there for skiing at hidarfjall and visiting all the northern sites of Iceland. not too far from akureyri where you can easily find enough eating options, groceries and fuel stations yet in a secluded area with a beautiful view of the mountains. house was neat and clean and had 2 cozy bedrooms with adequate heating. the bathroom was a but small but clean and we faced no issues. good place for the view, proximity to Akureyri and to station yourself for skiing nearby at hidarfjall or see all the northern tourist sites which are around 1-2 hrs away by car

Myself, wife and daughter had a fantastic week in this beautiful property. It was the perfect size for our little family and my daughter fell in love with the host's quiet and beautiful dogs. The location is amazing, perfect for exploring the diamond circle and beyond. Halla was really helpful and responsive, simply one of the best hosts. We were even treated to Iceland's famous weather, from 15 degrees and sunny to -4 and a foot of snow in late April, topped off by a guest appearence from the aurora, which you can sit and see from the comfort of the living room. Can't recommend the property, or Iceland, more highly.

Great place to catch the northern lights and plenty of space for my friends and I to come and stay- really friendly host and neighbour who were always available- thank you :)

Beautiful location with the perfect view and the host was lovely, made sure to check in with us to make sure we were all set for our stay. Would recommend the location and house, had great amenities and design.
