We had an amazing experience at this beautiful home with the nicest view. Perfectly located if you are going around the Faroe Islands. Incredibly clean and homely.

i cannot find the right word to explain how amazing this place is. If you are looking for a cozy cottage with stunning scenary all around you, Liz's place will definitely be the one for you. From the moment we drive into her area, you will be greeting by many sheeps. Plus, the path leading to the cottage is beautiful. You will be on top of the hill and can see the whole village. The path might be a bit challenging to drive but you will be forgetting all the difficulties once you see Liz's cottage standing in the middle of beautiful mountains and the big waterfall right behind. The cottage itself is not that big but it's the right size to make you feel comfy. Liz prepares several board games for you to enjoy as well. Actually, you don't have to go anywhere to explore. Just walk around the cottage and explore the waterfall behind the cottage is extremely impressive. You will not be sorry staying in Liz's place!

Literally the most friendly and helpful Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. David and his wife were super knowledgeable about the area and an all around treat to talk to. Their home is located in a great spot to get to and from the other surrounding islands, without all the fuss of a bigger city. The pets in the home are also a bonus as I never saw the pupper stop smiling. 10/10 would book again and recommend.

Amazing and new experience with a camper thru faroe island! Had great 2 nights in different parts of the faroe. Rani and his family are really helpful in every small situation I had.... Thank you so much for that. I wish i could stay longer...

We stayed here for two days and felt very good, the host was very welcoming and patiently taught me how to use the kitchen equipment, I will stay here again next time.

be careful when booking this listing! it's so comfortable you may end up just staying at home and watching the sheep on the mountain (at least this is what I almost did). the apartment is incredibly cozy, but spacious at the same time. yes it is located next to a road, so you may hear some cars - but it is the Faroe Islands, not new york city! the traffic is barely there and it was not bothering at all. The apartment has a private bathroom, but it's "outside" of the apartment - honestly, in the age of hotel bathrooms with glass walls, I only appreciate the additional privacy ;) the bathroom is slightly dated but very comfortable and I personally enjoyed the vintage vibe. the hosts were incredibly nice and responsive. I feel grateful I was able to stay at their home. this is what airbnb should be about. also the location is perfect for exploring the islands. I want to be back to Faroe Islands and would gladly stay here again!

Had a great time! Rani was very helpful and responded very quickly and courteously to questions. If we come back, we will definitely book with Rani again:)
