Roberto's apartment is very nice and bright, on the second and last floor of a historic building, with a magnificent view of the rooftops of Arezzo. The location is excellent because, despite being outside the historic center, it allows you to reach it on foot or leave easily to explore the surrounding countryside. The decor is tasteful, you can feel that it is a home loved by its owner! The livable balcony and private parking are an added value. When we arrived, the apartment was very clean, and check-in was easy! Great experience!

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for those looking for tranquility, comfort and the beauty of the Adriatic Sea at your fingertips. Thank you very much, Roberto!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

Fernando’s apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, and conveniently located in the center of Misano. Everything you need is within walking distance, including a great gelato shop, Gelato di Mezzanotte. Misano is peaceful and quiet during the Easter holiday, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasure to meet Fernando, who is punctual and easy to get along with.

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

The apartment "The sky in a room" turned out to be higher than our expectations. In addition to being furnished with good taste, it is very comfortable and in a great location. Nothing was missing. In fact, Mrs. Carla turned out to be a super, super host. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Roberto's casa is located in a quiet area where you can relax. The surroundings are beautiful, and the cats are very cute. The accommodation offers everything you need (and much more) and is in very clean condition. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful destinations such as Sirolo, Portonovo, Potenza Picena, national parks, and many more. Communication with Roberto was always friendly and informal, and i was greeted with homemade wine. All in all, I would happily recommend the casa to anyone.

Michela was a wonderful host. She left us a bowl of biscotti and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, sent us a link that made sure gps took us to the right location, and was easy to communicate with. The place was much more spacious than I assumed from the pictures, and immaculately clean. Well appointed and cute too! In a ln absolutely stunning location. Highly recommended!

Their generosity was boundless – they invited us to their home for aperitivi, sharing stories and laughter that we'll treasure forever. It felt less like a rental and more like a visit with friends. Their proactive approach to ensuring we had everything we needed was remarkable, helping with any arising issue promptly. Their genuine kindness touched our hearts. Assisi is a beautiful place, but it was Erica and Antonio's genuine connection that made our trip unforgettable. We arrived as guests and left as friends! Beautiful apartment,clean and well equipped with everything. Breathtaking views of the valley and silence are priceless ! It's a freshly renovated country house with a kitchen on the dining room with a working fireplace and a TV. There are 4 bedrooms : 2 double bedrooms+ one for study and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with pots, plates , pans glasses, etc., new and good quality. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips about the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always responsive and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present parents, who live upstairs. I recommend the apartment that is located in a place where it is easy to get around the various places to visit in the area. From Frasassi caves to Senigallia. I highly recommend it.

A great experience . The apartment is really nice, tastefully furnished and finished, very clean, very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. It is in a quiet neighborhood and parking hassle-free right in front of the building. Laura was very kind to solve a small issue and gave us advice on where to dine. Really nice to relax in the evening in the apartment after the days spent visiting the surroundings, we felt at home. We loved it and highly recommend it.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Beautiful apartment, with attention to detail and functional. It is located within a residence with services that we have not tried and very quiet. It is located outside Marcelli and you need a car to get to the tourist destinations. Alessio is very quiet and helpful. You'll be fine.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!
