The house looks very good, there were 7 of us and it seemed quite spacious. It is well-stocked and air conditioning is located almost everywhere (except in one bedroom). The area where it is located is full of parks and beaches and if you have a car, there are wonderful places to visit within an hour's drive. The owners were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended house especially if you have a car!

We had a wonderful stay at Benedettas place. The apartment is great, very nice and modernly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view of the sea is wonderful, but you also have a beautiful view of the countryside from the bedroom. We would have liked to use the large terrace more often. We felt very comfortable. Thank you, it was fantastic.

We relied on Dario for this weekend in May and had a great time. The accommodation was perfect, very close to the center so that we could do all the trips on foot, Dario and Aldezia were always very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything except bath linens, not clearly highlighted on the listing but indicated in Dario's description. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really lovely. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

We returned for the second year in a row to Villa Jolanda, and also this time we had a great time. Plenty of space in the greenery, the pool, the gazebo for outdoor dining, the hammock... and halfanhour to the sea. We hope to be back!

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

My wife and I found this accommodation suitable for our needs: we appreciated the attention to detail, order, and cleanliness. Being on the slopes of Monte Conero, he offered us the possibility of a nice hike and in the evening we were able to refresh ourselves from the effort with dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Cute place to stay. It's good to know that the neighbor's dogs also run around on the property. The goods were very nice and very sweet, just as info for guests who may be afraid of dogs. We were very satisfied. Lovely spacious home and great location.

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips about the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always responsive and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present parents, who live upstairs. I recommend the apartment that is located in a place where it is easy to get around the various places to visit in the area. From Frasassi caves to Senigallia. I highly recommend it.

Mehran is a super generous and welcoming guy. He goes out of his way to receive you in person, picked me up with his car several times and made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is more than comfortable, has everything you need for a short term stay, spacious, and close to several bus stops that link to the city center. I stayed here twice and I will stay again in the future. I highly recommend !!!

Beautiful accommodation: impeccable cleanliness, ample availability of dishes and accessories, air conditioning in all rooms and large and well-kept garden. Possibility of accessing the beaches directly on foot in about 15 minutes, both equipped and free beaches. Inside the accommodation area there is a bar, a children's pool, one for adults and a tennis/soccer field. We had a very good time and if possible we will return in the future.

This is already our second time staying with Roberto, this time choosing the apartment on the first floor. Great, spacious and comfortable solution. Well-equipped and clean house, very nice and helpful host. The little house is a fabulous dive into the past in a modern way. Even the really nice village! See you next time 😃
