Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Alle Räume sind eben und auch mit einem Rollstuhl gut erreichbar. Freies W-Lan, 2 LED-TV´s mit Netflix und Prime Video stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

In consultation also 3 people are possible (sleeping place 3 then in the living room on the couch). Within walking distance of Sanssouci Castle and Brandenburg Street as well as many restaurants and shopping facilities. In the immediate vicinity there is also a public sports field for basketball and football. Sandbox for toddlers in the yard.

Next to it is the sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00 m bed with a high-quality 25 cm high intervertebral disc spring mattress for maximum sleeping comfort) including a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a washer-dryer. You can take care of your physical well-being in the fully equipped kitchen.

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.
