North Pole Cabins

This lovely cabin is tucked into a wooded location convenient to North Pole Fairbanks and Eielson. The cabin is arranged with TWO UNITS on one foundation and PRIVATE ENTRANCES for each unit. There is a FRONT unit (sleeps 5) and a REAR UNIT which enters from the SIDE. (Sleeps 3). Each unit is self-contained with a common wall between them. One unit has two queen beds and a hide-a-bed twin. Be my guest! I have a cozy little ground level suite in my home, that is available now and then when friends and family are not staying with me. You enter through a shared side garage door but have your own private space with the all the basics for a short or long visit! We are close enough to town to see it, but in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Your view may be wildflowers in the summer or on those special winter nights you may see the Northern Lights dancing outside your window!

Studio Guest Suite in Tranquil Birch Forest

We have been hosting artists, friends and family in our guest suite for over 25 years. less than 15 minutes from downtown, nestled in a birch forest. This clean, cozy and private suite sits above our separate (not for guest use) Howling Bear Studio, a multimedia facility in operation since 1987. Close to nature hikes and world class cross country skiing. Recently remodeled bathroom and kitchenette, comfortable full size bed in bedroom on main floor, and a sleeping loft above, with king bed.

Easily accessible from town by well-maintained roads, yet nestled in the center of our private 4-acre birch & spruce forest, along with a berry orchard! In the darker months on clear nights, enjoy the northern lights right outside your back door. In the summer, when the fruit is ripe, pick your own raspberries, red currants, and rhubarb.

Alaskan Forest Retreat

Beautiful and spacious daylight basement unit in the hills in west Fairbanks. Just a short 10 minute drive from the airport, but it feels like you're away from it all. This unit is located in the downstairs of our home, so you may hear the occasional pitter patter of tiny feet upstairs. We recommend AWD vehicle for winter use.
