Tiny rustic cabin located in the woods. Large screen TV and Wi-Fi. No stove but will provide cooktop and toaster. Full bathroom with shower. People love the back deck to enjoy their morning coffee and to watch for wildlife. One bedroom with comfy queen bed and fan. All linens and towels supplied. Please be aware this is a rustic beautiful site. Trails in the back and very close to rail trail. Mini splits will keep you toasty warm in the winter and ice cold in the summer.

Timberframe

The Timberframe is a handmade seasonal building with a full size memory foam bed on the same property as the main house. It was my Old Painting Studio. There is a full bathroom in the main house on the first floor just for guests… and full kitchen you are free to use. There is also porty-potty 40 feet from the Timberframe. Our Boodle Hole Beach is 4 min car ride away..beautiful refreshing stream, 13 acres..Details in the booklet when you arrive.

Candlewood Lake - Direct Access

Direct lakefront home is the perfect getaway only 90 minutes away from NYC on beautiful Candlewood Lake. 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom plus 2 half. Plenty of space inside and out. Private and peaceful oasis has two full kitchens and an outdoor cooking space with BBQ and stone-fire pizza oven. Great big yard for outdoor fun, with ample dock space for your boat or jet-ski. Sit on the deck or fish off the dock. Direct access to the lake. Sleeps 8.

Penny Corner Airbnb

My place is located up the hill from Good Speed Opera House. The Opera House is on the same side of the river as my place. The folklore is that vacationers used to pay a penny to have their belongings transported by ox and wagon from the port at the river to this corner. A two family home built in 1884. The space is a ground level 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance. There is no TV in the unit, WIFI is available for your devices.
