Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This was the home that my brother and I grew up in. This house was built with love by our Mom and Dad. We hope you can feel the warmth and love we did growing up there. We are located 1 mile from Mattamuskeet Lake, about 20 mins from the Ferry in Swan Quarter that takes you to the Island of Ocracoke. We are also 20 minutes from State Boat Acesses. If you want a Beach Day,we are only 1 hour 15 mins for the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Come enjoy the best Hyde County has to offer while also being conveniently located 10 miles from the town of Belhaven, 20 miles from Swan Quarter Ferry which leads to North Carolinas beautiful outer banks. With water access, a boat ramp and dockage this newly built cabin allows you to have access to some of the best fishing/hunting around. Located on the grounds is a fire pit, hammock and also a short walking trail to enjoy the best of what nature has to offer.

Centrally located 10 mins from Lake Mattamuskeet, 5 mins from Ferry Station to Ocracoke Island, 1 hr to OBX. Perfect for hunters, fishermen, birding and families looking for a comfortable place to relax with a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and pantry. Stop for a few nights on the way to OBX or to catch the ferry. Dogs are NOT allowed any longer, but message me requests and I may consider pets outside or in enclosed porch with PRIOR approval and guidelines.
