High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You have the whole house and the plot to yourself. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is open year-round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the property, there is a private path to the Väja swimming area, which takes about 5–10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

The property is in the middle of the beautiful High Coast. The apartment is located on the lower floor with its own entrance and is beautifully located in the countryside. Quiet and secluded location. Close to swimming and hiking trails. A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizzeria, is 2.5 km from the property. 12 km to Skuleskogens national park. 7 km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and jetties, Almsjöbadet.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Dogs and cats are also welcome in this cottage. Also has its own outhouse. Guests have access to a service area located in the barn. There is a large, complete kitchen and bathroom.
