The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. (no stove). Dishes are to be left with the host. A crib (0–3 years) and a baby seat are available upon request.

The river Ätran and Vallarna with nice green areas and walking paths are a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. A newly-renovated bathroom with shower and a kitchen with oven, stove and fridge/freezer. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.
