In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

On the western outskirts of Berlin, near the Wall Trail

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On hot summer days, the apartment is pleasantly cool. Lake Falkenhagen and the swimming area at Lake Neuen can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The Spandau City Forest and the Berlin Wall Trail / bike path are “right around the corner.” The surroundings are ideal for relaxing, hiking & cycling. You can reach the lively city of Berlin in 20 minutes by Regio from Albrechtshof or Seegefeld train station (3 km away).

Sit back and relax in my lovingly furnished duplex accommodation in a completely renovated house with underfloor heating. It is located in a semi-detached house on the 2nd floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace, a large garden with lots of greenery (currently being renovated), a pool of 4 x 8 m with seating and lounging options. The outdoor area of the pool will also receive a new look next year.

The bathroom has a big shower.
