On my 80 acres, there are no public roads going through or next to the property.  My land is 13 miles from the Pacific ocean and enjoys a relatively mild yearly climate, and features giant boulders and native wildlife.

Recent updates include new sleeper sofas in 2021, new BBQ grill in 2022, Tesla Powerwall in 2023, new kitchen and patio table seats in 2024.
