Vacation rentals with a fireplace in False River

We enjoyed our stay at the Guest House. Our hosts were very friendly and show great hospitality. From recommendations on restaurants to bringing us fresh eggs they always were very hospitable. The house is very nice and homey feeling with plenty of room and amenities. Everything was clean and well organized. From the comfortable beds to the outside sitting areas we couldn't complain about Any thing. We highly recommend this booking to anyone who is coming to stay in the area. I know that the next time we are in town I'm going to try and stay again if it's available.

I had a truly delightful time at this beautiful home. The interior and exterior decorations were simply perfect for our small gathering with family and friends. I especially admired the banana plants around the house, the trees facing the river, and the outdoor fire pit was ideal for the chilly November weather. I highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a temporary escape from the city, even if it's just for a weekend. Kristy was very kind and even informed me that the river was low, just in case. However, this house definitely has other amenities and decorations to compensate for the river water levels. Kristy made me feel very welcome.

We have stayed at numerous AirBnB's but this one was absolutely the best and the Host was the best we have dealt with. A incident occurred in route to this home that made us a day late getting there, of which Keith compensated us for our loss even though this was not even close to his problems he took it on board and assisted us immensely going as far as asking us if we were ok financially. All of this and the home was absolutely perfect and will definitely stay again. Just when you though the world was turning to crap....in walks a gentleman like Keith and all just seems to change. I know I am praising Keith in this review but the host is very important when traveling to new locations. The home? Well it was in a FANTASTIC location, Clean, and very quiet. Job well done Keith......All who are reading this LOCK IT IN NOW! You won't regret it!

As this is a family tradition to stay on false river every yr for Easter this one was bitter sweet beacause my mom wasn't there she passed away 4 months ago. She definitely would have loved it. The home was very warm and welcoming we had a great time we fished tried our hand at kayaking lol. and just hung around. We did have a few issues but it was fixed right away. It was a little pricy but it was worth the stay everything was beautiful and the hosts was very helpful and respectful and responsive to our needs. We will definitely book ago. Great location to Raising Canes event center. We were there for Open championships and didn't need to drive as it is just about kitty corner to the East Garage. off street parking was easy to find and convenient. Walkable to downtown bars and restaurants.

Great place. Due to unforeseen events, was unable to stay the whole time. But the time i did stay here, it was worth it. Would definitely come back.

Relocation for work is what brought me to Baton Rouge. I wanted a safe, clean and centrally located place to stay, before securing a permanent resident. While searching for an extended air bnb, Babette's location continuously popped up. Taking this as a sign, i reached out to her to inform her of my reason for staying at her location. She was responsive and open. My entire stay was exactly what i needed. Safe, clean, organized, perfectly appointed and super close to the highways and major roads, shops and businesses. If any friends or family come to visit, Babette will be the first choice for stays..

My partner & I mostly enjoyed the peace, privacy & jetted tub. The bed also slept comfortably. The keypad for locking & unlockeding was unfortunately inaccessible. We are both blind. Thankfully, I had assistance with this from couple family members. Everything we needed was available & we appreciated affective, punctual communication from our host.

Great location for our purposes. Brian was very easy to deal with. We had easy access to multiple restaurants and grocery needs as well as quick access to the interstate. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Perfect for two couples as each bedroom had king beds.
