Our lovely summerhouse was built in 2005 as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is about 400 meters from Denmark's best beach, 150 meters to the grocery store, pizza place & ice cream shop. Approximately 3 km to Mariely cozy square.
 The house is heated with heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.

Beautiful view of Stege Bay

Cottage 10 meters from the water and fantastic panoramic views of Stege Bay towards Lindholm, Møn and Stege. From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land.

Annex 15 m from the water.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just go down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a stroll in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish highland cattle and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - the Dragon. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and birdlife. There are opportunities for lovely walks by the beach, on the embankment and possibly a longer walk around Skalø.

Hello and welcome to the FERIENHOF WACHTELBERG on Fehmarn. The Kate is a cozy house of about 40 square meters. One parking space is available in front of the house. In addition to a double bedroom, there is also another bedroom with a cozy bunk bed. You can also use a fenced-in garden with its own seating area. The house has its own toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a modern kitchen.
