Michael was very responsive to our needs. The home was clean and comfortable. Enjoyable stay and would recommend for the Owatonna area.

Marylou's place met our needs perfectly. It was simply furnished, spacious, and clean. It also had a very well-stocked kitchen (coffee pot, blender, crock pot, utensils). The washer & dryer were also nice perks. Marylou responded promptly and was a gracious host. My questions were answered immediately and I felt comfortable reaching out. It's a quiet town and the grocery store was very close. It was the perfect place for my family to stay.

Extreme weather created an issue with the house that Jayne and Chad communicated to us as soon as they were aware, took immediate action to get everything back to working order, and offered to help us with other options in case we felt the rain caused any inconvenience with our plans. Because of this, I could not tell there had ever been an issue with the house by the time I got there and my friends that arrived before me said Jayne and Chad were great in explaining things and offering to help. Then still expressed apologies after it was fixed, even though they prevented us from experiencing any difficulty. I have rarely dealt with a business of any kind that was this responsive and concerned about a situation and they did a great job in getting things in order. The house was exactly what we were looking for, was clean and comfortable, and had everything we could have needed. I would recommend this house for any group traveling to that area.

What a cool building!!! I loved the old character with modern updates. It was very inviting and comfortable. Jon was right there to greet us as we came in and was very hospitable. Having great coffee only steps away was definitely a perk! We would stay again.

Loved my stay at Ralph’s house. Exactly as pictured. Ralph was a wonderful host and made sure I had everything I needed. Beautiful view of the lake, very peaceful, and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

This is not our first stay here, because it’s a safe location and has everything our little family could need. It’s a quiet, cozy place that always helps us feel home away from home which is really nice when traveling with kids. Dustin is always friendly and helpful. We spent Christmas here while visiting our families in town and they added extra little touches to make it feel even less like we were away from home during the holidays. It was very appreciated!

Happy Days was a wonderful place for our family to gather at Christmas. So many roomy common areas for family to gather. The place was thoughtfully stocked and prepared. Highly recommend
