“The space is so cozy and lovely—I wish I had a space that looked like this! Zach and Betsy were also friendly and responded so quickly to our questions. It’s also only a 30 minute walk to downtown!”
The Adventure Studio is like stepping into a treehouse that boasts stunning views and a cozy relaxing deck overlooking 200' of shoreline on a great fishing lake. Inside enjoy views from two full walls of windows, a skylight and vaulted ceilings. Well appointed kitchen for a several day stay. A fire pit, pedal boat, paddleboards, wooded acreage, a mile long nature hiking, biking trail and access to other adventures. All on a quiet tree lined road, perfect for peaceful strolls at sunset.
“We had a great time staying at John and Carna’s Adventure Studio. The space was sunny, bright and very comfortable for our family of four. Everything was very clean and felt like it had just been built out. The photos of the studio are very good, but it still felt bigger than I expected it to. We spent a lot of time on the private dock, the lake was very clear and deep off of the dock. We swam, and the kids played on the foam “lilly pad”. We caught a lot of Largemouth Bass, Sunfish, and a Northern Pike off of the dock. The four of us also took a tour of most of the lake on the pedal boat. On the second day, we drove over to the Cuyuna mountain bike trails and had a lot of fun exploring the trails in an area that we hadn’t been to yet. John and Carna were great hosts, very nice, friendly, and helpful. They were very good in communicating clearly and often, and were available whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay in the Adventure Studio again.”
Be a part of nature and stay at a house among the trees. A unique place to unwind or recharge, or a home base to explore the many activities of Lake Superior's north shore.
“Thank you so much David and Shari! The girls and I had such a wonderful time staying in your little sanctuary. We could have stayed there for an endless amount of days. Everything was so thoughtfully laid out-Local Duluth roasting coffee, fire starters already made, and everything was extremely accessible. We will be back and I highly recommend this space!! Thanks again :) Jason and the girls”
