Vacation rentals with lake access in Färingsö

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick aus dem Esszimmer aufs Meer war sensationell und wir haben ihn jeden Abend genossen und die Schiffe beobachtet. Der Whirlpool war gepflegt und ein tolles Highlight. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge. Mikael und Johanna sind freundliche Vermieter, die uns viele tolle Angebote gemacht und Tipps gegeben haben. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Stockholm ist hervorragend erreichbar, sei es mit dem Bus oder mit den Fähren. Auch die direkte Umgebung und die Schären sind sehr empfehlenswert.

A peaceful hideaway by the water. We had a truly wonderful extended weekend at Daniel’s house in Sweden. The place is exactly what we were hoping for - beautiful, peaceful, and with a stunning location right by the water. The house itself is stylish, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we instantly felt at home. Every detail in the house reflects care and thoughtfulness - it’s clear this is a place made for guests to feel at ease. Daniel was a fantastic host – warm, responsive and helpful throughout. Communication was smooth and kind from beginning to end, which made everything feel effortless. One small note for future guests: the pier shown in some of the pictures is no longer there. It didn’t take anything away from the experience, but it’s good to know in advance. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Hans und Lena sind super nette Gastgeber. Sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus ist ein Traum, nahezu aus jedem Fenster ein traumhafter Blick auf den Strömmakanal. Die Abende am Steg bei einem Glas Wein waren sehr schön, aber auch auf der Terrasse, die zum Ferienhaus gehört und die man ganz für sich hat, ist es gemütlich mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Zur Dämmerung kamen die Rehe. Leider haben wir vergeblich auf Elche ewartet. Die Anbindung in die Stadt ist sehr einfach. Der Bus 433 oder 434 fährt direkt nach Slussen in die Stadt oder in die andere Richtung nach Stavsnäs von wo aus die Fähren auf die nahegelegenen Inseln wie z.B. Sandhamn fahren. In der Nähe kann man schöne Wanderungen machen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und größer als wir erwartet hattet. Sehr schönes Badezimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht inkl. Toaster. Einzig der Weg zum Supermarkt ist etwas weiter. Wir würden wieder kommen und können es nur empfehlen.

So peaceful! Amazing place to get away from the city. Great access to forest hikes and to Tyresta National Park. Mi-Si was so helpful and proactive; she made us feel very welcome and even offered use of her canoe! We liked it so much that we decided to stay a few extra days. Takes about 15-20 min to walk to Handen/Haninge shops or station through the forest and it's a beautiful stroll! Thanks Mi-Si, we'd love to come back some time! :)

Vi var ett möhippegäng som hade en oerhört trevlig vistelse i Håcknesta, och blev mycket varmt mottagna av Sofia. Boendet var bättre än vi trodde utifrån bilderna 😊

Merveilleux séjour dans ce cottage très cosy. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement ainsi que la gentillesse de nos hôtes. L’endroit est calme, parfait pour aller à Stockholm ou pour visiter la péninsule. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement…une petite pépite !

It was such a beautiful place, and Frederik was an amazing host! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he responded and how well taken care of I felt throughout my stay. The house is located in a peaceful environment. I can highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Adrian's property—truly the perfect retreat for rest and recuperation. Nestled right on the water, the surroundings are stunning and teeming with wildlife, including deer, swans, ducks, and dragonflies. The living room is flooded with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting space. I was particularly impressed by the fantastic sound system and projector, perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all essential appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom features a delightful waterfall shower, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The nearest grocery store is approximately a 30-minute walk away and operates on an honesty system. However, please note that you'll need to be added to a list before you can enter, which can be arranged by calling the numbers posted on the shop's front door. I would undoubtedly stay here again!

Vi hade en kort vistelse i samband med en privat fest i närheten och valde detta boende utifrån gångavstånd till festen. Mycket trevligt, fräscht och välfungerande boende som jag gärna rekommenderar till andra och väl kan tänka mig att boka igen.

Best stay ever!!! Es war unglaublich schön, sodass ich spontan noch eine Woche verlängert habe. Das Haus ist so niedlich, gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber! Bei Ankunft haben mir Robert und Diana die Umgebung gezeigt. Die beiden sind so herzlich und vor Ort und per Nachricht immer erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Sie geben super Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc. Der See ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür, sehr sauber und toll zum Schwimmen. Ich konnte mir das SUP jederzeit leihen. Auch das Meer ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Ich werde die Tage dort niemals vergessen und bin sehr wehmütig abgereist. Ich hatte selten eine so perfekte Unterkunft! DANKE!

Det var en meget positiv oplevelse at bo i Pärs lejlighed i Stockholm. Vi blev taget godt imod af underboen, som gav os en rundvisning og var behjælpelig med spørgsmål. Lejligheden var meget større end vi troede, og virkelig hyggelig. Alt var pænt og rent. Der var sørget godt for os med sengetøj, rene håndklæder, turistbrochurer og en flaske bobler i køleskabet. Vi følte os meget velkomne! Lejligheden ligger meget centralt og i gåafstand til centrum. Der var fred og ro på gaden. Restaurant Lille Capri i stueetagen var et skønt sted, hvor vi spiste 3 gange. Her fik vi super service! Alt i lejligheden var i den skønneste orden, og Pär var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi havde spørgsmål undervejs. Tusind tak til Pär for godt værtskab - vi vil varmt anbefale denne bolig til andre.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. Johanna and Erik were very friendly and available for any inquire. I recommend their place!!

Appartement très bien placé, à 10 minutes à pied du métro, restaurant et magasins d’alimentation. Le métro nous amène en 5 min au centre-ville et à la gare centrale. La proximité du canal offre des possibilités de promenades ou de course à pied entouré des habitants du quartier. Au pied de l’immeuble se trouve un chouette café avec possibilité de se restaurer, que nous pouvons que recommander. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable, conforme à la description. Vincenzo a été très réactif et disponible.

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

Peter and Malin were wonderful hosts that were always very responsive to our texts and last minute requests! Their place was spotless, cozy and has a very well equipped kitchen. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub that overlooked the sunset and the sea. It was the perfect 2-night getaway destination!

beautiful location. it's exactly as it looks and our 8 year old loved the raft ferry to the island. we loved the sauna and the views. Alexander was very kind and responsive.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen bei Sofia. Das Haus strahlt einen unglaublichen Charme aus und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein wirkliches Juvel, was sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir können das Häuschen auch für den Winterurlaub sehr empfehlen, der Ofen bringt die nötige Wärme nach kalten Schneetagen. An unserem Abreisetag durften wir sogar länger bleiben. :) Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Sofia sowohl im Chat als auch persönlich sehr nett. Sie hat uns ihre Hilfe angeboten, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, aber auch die Privatsphäre geachtet. Auch war die Lage für uns ideal. Es war sehr ruhig mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung, die wir innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Bus erreichen konnten. Auch die Bus-und Fähranbindung nach Stockholm ist sehr gut. Infos zu Bussen und Fähren sind in der SL App einfach einzusehen. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, auch oder gerade wegen dieser tollen Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns direkt wie zu Hause. Es gibt definitiv alles was man braucht und auch für Kinder sind reichlich Spielsachen vorhanden. Der Garten ist groß und eingezäunt. Hier kann man auch kleinere Kinder einfach mal frei sein und spielen lassen, ohne dass man sich Sorgen muss. Allerdings sollte man sich täglich nach Zecken absuchen. Bitte unbedingt eine Pinzette einpacken. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, malerisch und ruhig. Es gibt viele Wanderwege und auch das Meer ist locker zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch für den Angler ist hier einiges geboten. Entweder vom hauseigenen Ruderboot in den Schärengarten rudern, oder am Muskan/Fjättern eine Lizenz kaufen. Fanggarantie! Emelie reagiert schnell auf Fragen und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ein defektes Fahrrad stand bei uns am nächsten Tag wieder repariert auf dem Hof! Vielen Dank dafür! Eines Abends konnten wir sogar Nordlichter beobachten, das werden wir nie vergessen!😍

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dem Cottage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Natur ist traumhaft. Wir haben Elche, Hirsche, Rehe und Hasen gesehen. Das Cottage hatte auch einen besonderen Charme im Schnee und es war sehr gemütlich dabei vorm Kamin zu sitzen. Alles in allem tolle Gastgeber, schönes Cottage mit toller Ausstattung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay! The surrounding area was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Our child loved playing in the spacious backyard. It was also very close to a beautiful bathing spot at the lake, which we really enjoyed. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend!
