Our stay at Wetley Cottage was fantastic! The place has obviously been designed with care and thought in every detail! One of the most well stocked places I’ve ever stayed with everything you could possibly need! The whole cottage was very homely, cosy and comfortable. The outdoor areas had so many different options to sit and relax! Shetland ponies were an adorable bonus! Louise was so lovely and helpful! Even coming to tell us that the Northern Lights were visible! Plus many other super local recommendations! The place was private at the end of a lane. The surrounding nature was superb, we heard owls and saw many other interesting birds. I would recommend Wetley Cottage to all! Perfect in Winter and I imagine just as wonderful all year round!

So glad we picked Bakewell for our visit to the Peak District, and even more so that we picked Pamela's property. Ideal location for exploring the town and surrounding area, 5 minute walk to restaurants at night. Spotless accommodation, quirky layout, which we liked! Thanks for the welcome pack, just what we needed when we arrived. We'll be back some day, thanks Pamela.

This is a delightful house on the outskirts of Alton. The booking process was easy with spot on communication. I Air BnB all over the world but this one is a bit special! There is lots of parking space and a large enclosed garden with beautiful views. The property is large and you enter through a large traditional kitchen. There are two lounge rooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The house was spotless and had a lovely clean feel to it . Beds were comfortable. Wish we had been able to stay longer principally to enjoy this adorable house.

We had a fab stay at Swiss Cottage. The house is very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The views down in to Matlock Baths are stunning and we very much enjoyed drinking a cup of tea in the morning, sitting on the terrace in the sunshine. Glenys could not have been any more helpful, responding to any messages within minutes. Very good recommendation for Balti restaurant - delicious curry! Beds incredibly comfortable. House is lovely, warm and cosy. A wonderful weekend away, just what we all needed. Thank you!

Lakeview is a dreamy location, in a small Derbyshire village overlooking Carsington Water. It is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Pamela was super helpful, always replying immediately. She was really friendly but not obtrusive. So privacy and peace and quiet was just as I had hoped! The cottage is well equipped and finished to a high standard. I particularly enjoyed the nightly log fires abd felt right at home. I am very much looking forward to a return visit soon!

Had a lovely stay, would definitely book again and for longer this time. Had a night away with my partner& our dog, it was so peaceful and relaxing. I didn’t expect it to be so private but it was just what I wanted as our dog is deaf and blind so struggles to be around lots of people and other dogs! She never gets to be off lead so the fenced in area was perfect for her the be able to run around with no worries. 10/10 will definitely be back. Thank you!!
