Peaceful, secluded house above Clearwater LakeNestled in the woods on a private road. You can hear the loons on the lake, half mile walk to public beach for swimming and boat launch. Ice fishing and skiing in the winter. The stars at night are incredible. The house is comfortable rather than fancy, with two good bedrooms and a basement recreation room. Industry is really quiet, but a short drive to the university town of Farmington gives you restaurants, bars, shopping.
