Vacation rentals with beach access in Fatih

We were very well received by Nihat, who offers very interesting transportation from the airport. Nihat gave us several tips and suggestions for eating, very helpful. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable, there were 7 of us. And the location is ideal for visiting Istanbul, the neighborhood around the galata tower is very lively but pleasant and we can reach the iconic tourist monuments very easily on foot or by tram to Karakoy and Sultanahmet. Going up the golden horn by boat with a tram ticket and access the Pierre Loti cafe by cable car allows you to have a very nice view of the city at sunset. We also eat very well. We recommend brunch at „Sa Va Anatolian“. Very nice stay.

Nice location of the house. Very close to Istiklal Street. Only roads are a little hilly. The house is a beautiful, old building. But it's loud because it's right next to the school. May not be good for those who prefer to sleep in the morning. Overall, it was clean, but there was an occasional strong smell of cigarettes in the room. It was a tastefully furnished, small but useful house. Thank you

Hasan’s place is in an ideal location with lots of choices of bars and restaurants within minutes of walking. Hasan was very responsive when we had a question and even sent us a list of local recommendations as well as showing us a map and pointing the ‘must sees’. We checked in very late at night but Hasan was extremely flexible and met us on arrival. The balcony was a bonus being able to sit and take in our surroundings.

Ali's place is very comfortable for 5 people, it is only 3 blocks from the Grand Bazaar and many other attractions in Istanbul, it has a very assorted business on one side. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, Ali was very friendly as it allowed us to check in at an early morning time due to our flight schedule I recommend 1000% the place from Ali....I want to come back!!!!

Hatip is very helpfull and did recomand very good restaurants in the area, will visit again for sure.

Apartment was very nice! Great location and beautiful rooftop view. Host also was helpful and friendly, very responsive.

For a positive start, the location was perfect! That made it all worth it. Place is super central and the roof terrace is excellent with stunning views. However, there were some small comments about the room. The toilet seat was broken, the curtains do not reach all the way so that a lot of light fell in and the kitchen was not completely complete. What was nice was the fridge that was present. Shower also nice and everything clean. Communication was perfect! Ali is really friendly and helpful.

The place is perfect value for money and we felt right at home. It is located in a good area where it is easy to get around by public transport to the tourist areas of interest. Ali and Deniz were very friendly and always answered my doubts quickly. The view of the rooftop is spectacular. Highly recommend this place

Our room was clean and tidy, we entered a very good room very easily for the price, and there was an elevator, the terrace floor was really charming, I would stay there again just for that view. The host was also immediately helpful when there was a nuisance.

We stayed in Istanbul for 3 nights and it was perfect, the value is great. The place was very clean, modern and provided all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the roof terrace. The accommodation is located both close to many attractions in walking distance, as well as metro / bus stations and ferries. Ali was a very friendly and helpful host, he always responded very quickly to questions and helped us with the transfer from the airport and back. We highly recommend visiting his place and will be back soon! :)

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

We had a great stay at Zeynep’s place. Everything was perfect and some of the highlights are: -Excellent communication and responsiveness of the host -Very clean and new items in the apartment, the smell is fresh pleasant and relaxing -Location is amazing just a walking distance fr everything you need in a vibrant district of Moda
