Great place to stay in Sherwood! We needed a place close to our son’s wedding venue and this worked out perfectly. Very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home and was the perfect place to rest our heads after a long day!

My second stay here within two weeks if that tells you anything 😬and I was able to extend for an extra night after my original booking was already confirmed. 😎 The house setup is ideal for 1:1 time or having multiple people hangout for a game night or something similar. Sally is very responsive and flexible! THANK YOU!! This will continue to be my first option when needing to stay in this area. :-)

Lorraine’s house was so perfect for our trip to Conway. We have an adult daughter in a power wheelchair, and the house was so well designed for her chair and disabilities. Nothing was left to chance. I would also stay at Lorraine’s if my daughter was not with me. It was in a great location, and such a charming house with cottage charm!!

My girlfriend visited Arkansas and we stayed here, it was great. Watching movies to spend time together and having such a nice place was very fun. We'd definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! Home was comfortable for my family’s visit to Conway to visit our son at UCA.

When they say, “right in the middle of downtown” that’s no joke. I was apprehensive at first passing all of the cars downtown; however, once we got to the spot it was in a location that wasn’t bothered by any of that excitement. This is the best spot you can be if you’re trying to enjoy downtown Conway for the evening or like us, just wanted a place to crash before enjoying the square for the morning and the day. I was skeptical about the cost for one night, comparing to hotels because my last visit I stayed at a hotel - if cost is a factor for anyone, it’s worth it for the upgrade. Don’t choose a hotel, choose this location for the night. Lastly, the response times were awesome. At my last Airbnb, there was a single host account. Those one had several people in the group and they were all accommodating and responsive. Super professional.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations coupled with the easy walk to downtown. Nice and clean, historic, peaceful.

My son stayed at Darren's place while visiting the University of Central Arkansas. Darren was helpful, flexible and friendly. His place was a great value and in a location that was very convenient for us. We would definitely book again!

This was an amazing place to stay while seeing my daughter, who lives in Conway. It is an adorable space that is very clean and has everything I need! Cathy was an amazing host who communicated well! I highly recommend staying here! I will be back!
