Family home since its construction in the last quarter of the nineteenth century by a great-grandfather of the owner, who was a winegrower, then inhabited by the family of one of his sons, himself a winegrower. It is located in the center of the charming village of Ousson with a small private inner courtyard and not overlooked, very close to the Loire. It has a garage accessible by the inner courtyard, and by Rue du 14 Juillet.

In a renovated old farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lake Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a large wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the bottom of the property completes this picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance with cupboard, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large living room.
