Set on a 2000sqm section with lovely established trees & pretty flowers, the property has a country feel whilst being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, transport, SH2 to Wellington, and a short walk to the train. There is abundant bird life, and occasionally chickens stroll through the property. With sun galore, you'll enjoy the warm second living room (or 4th bedroom) at the rear which opens up to the sunny deck.

Light and breezy farm retreat. vintage building (circa 1950) has been updated and rebuilt to modern standard while retaining its unique charm. Situated only 5 minutes drive to Martinborough village or 9 minute drive to Greytown, this cottage is ideal spot to base yourself for a weekend and explore the many wineries and activities in the Wairarapa. ** No cooking facilities. Tidy master bedroom located downstairs from the main house. It has its own entrance, private bathroom ensuite, and outdoor seating area to enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Close to all amenities with a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to New World supermarket, park, railway, and bus stop. Quick and easy access to the motorway. Please note the location on the map below. We are approximately a 10-minute drive to Upper Hutt and a 30-minute drive to Wellington.

Cosy Cabin ~outdoor bath~stars~donkeys

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our 3 acre lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor dining area with a BBQ. Relax in the ~outdoor bath~ under the stars in front of the wee fire (kindling & wood supplied). We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly.

Boutique Greytown cottage

Nestled in the back garden of a century-old house, is a sunny, self-contained, private cottage. Two sets of french doors open into a private garden. The cottage is 3 minutes walk to the vibrant centre of Greytown with cafes and boutique shops. A continental breakfast is provided. Discounts are provided for longer stays. A small foldaway bed is available at an additional fee for one child under 12. Otherwise the maximum number of guests is two.

Tucked away in Trentham

A lovely open plan studio with Queen bed, couch, dining table, smart tv and kitchenette area. Surrounded by native and succulent gardens. Modern ensuite-style bathroom, with shower. Kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The cabinets contain plates, bowls, cups and cutlery, sharp knives and chopping boards. Milk, drinking water, teas, coffee and sugar provided. One dedicated off-street car park by the bnb entrance.

Green Apple Cabin

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

Private, quick, easy & comfortable

This space would suit anyone wanting the convenience of a Motel without paying Motel rates. The private space available is about 60 square metres with separate bedroom, lounge/dining, and bathroom. Separate entry with combination lock for effortless self check-in, and separated from the rest of the house by a locked internal door. The guest area is located at the sunny end of the house with all day sun and plenty of windows.
