Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The house was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup, which made our stay even more fun. The location was peaceful and private, perfect for a quiet getaway. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all the basic appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. The house stayed cool and breezy, so air conditioning wasn’t necessary, though it did get a bit warm in the afternoon. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and private stay!"

The location is superb. Really peaceful. Near to surau.

It is a nice apartment in the city center. Everything was clean, all the appliances worked. The internet connection worked good. All the facilities were available except that infinity pool with the window at the bottom. During our staying it was under maintenance. But the pool on 3a floor was really good and worked all the time. The gym is okay, there are enough equipment but the maximum weight is limited just by 77 kg. There's also sort of sauna but we didn't try it. Pay attention that there is no door between the bedrooms. Also all the electrical sockets are Malaysian (I'm not a profi in this but they are different from the EU sockets, you could plug your eu device there but I'm not sure that's a good idea). There is a restaurants street and a quite good shopping center right there.

"When simplicity meet your needs" Peter's place is a minimalist place. You won't find fancy stuff in his,, however you will find all you need there,, kitchenette, towels, clean bed sheet, drinking water, laundry machine, hair dryer, air con, wifi,,, etc and his place is squeaky clean... at 8th floor there is a big clean infinity swimming pool and outside surrounded by all you get such 7/11 store and Cafe plus easy check- in and fast friendly responsive. "Worth 5+ stars... "

We had a very nice stay, and appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the responsiveness of the host. Razie was kind and provided advice on where to shop for items we were needing. Also, the cleaning service was a helpful addition! There are several casual dining options on the bottom floor of the building, as well as small grocery stores. Nice pools and gyms as well. Grab is an easy transportation option. The sofa and carpets in the unit are worn and could use an update, but otherwise it's a good place for a long or short stay. We would definitely return!
