The studio is located on the ground floor of a character house in the village of Linguizzetta, due to its position it offers a breathtaking view of a panorama from the mountain to the sea with the island of Monte Cristo in front, The village is 380 m above sea level and 12 km from the sea and shops. a kitchenette area and a shower room complete this 16 m2 studio. Outside, there's a porch with a table and a garden with armchairs.

U Caseddu is 45 minutes from Corte, starting point for beautiful walks in the Restonica, the historic capital of Corsica, and at the same time from the birth village of Pascal Paoli: Morosaglia.The village of Ponte-Novo, high place of the Corsican resistance. It is composed as: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm convertible - Bathroom/WC Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio's terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow the charging of electric vehicles.
