It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our jewel is finally ready! The bright and luxurious loft (approx. 80 square meters) with roof terrace offers absolute seclusion and a unique view over Lake Ammersee. After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different perspective: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests to our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

The bright apartment with large sun terrace offers peace and comfort to prepare a relaxing stay for two people at beautiful Lake Starnberg. The lake with a large sunbathing lawn and swimming bays as well as the S-Bahn [suburban train] are reachable in a few minutes' walk. Right outside the door is a carport with private parking.
