Nice comfortable and clean space

We spent New Year's Eve 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great for visiting Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below was very disturbing (maybe it was the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. Another plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

The place "old fire station" was very nice. The house is in a quiet location and is a good starting point for excursions in the area. The house is great and lovingly decorated, clean and very well appointed. Evelyn welcomed us in a friendly way and the communication also worked flawlessly. The lovingly designed garden was our highlight.

The house with the park-like garden around it is just amazing A beautiful quiet location and thanks to the screens we were able to sleep with the window open, wonderful. The house is super well equipped, nothing is missing. Even coal for the grill and wood for the fire bowl were available. We were a group of 8 people and provided ourselves completely, which was a pleasure in the super great kitchen with the beautiful dishes and the great Ritzenhoff glasses, matching every drink. There are different tables, inside and outside, where we could sit comfortably. Even in case of problems, to connect our beer barrel to the tap in the beautiful bar, Anne was immediately on hand with reinforcement from Willi. A heartfelt thank you to both of you, we had a great time and Anne is a super great host, communication with you was a pleasure Best wishes from all of us and hopefully see you soon

Beautiful and well-equipped house where it is visible that many thoughts have flowed into the well-being of the two- and also four-legged guests. We spent a nice Easter there and felt very comfortable.

We were welcomed by Mr. students in a very friendly manner and were familiarized with our accommodation. A chicken house built with a lot of love, which invites you to relax and feel comfortable. There were 5 of us (3 children in primary and kindergarten age) in the accommodation for an extended weekend. To visit Kassel and other destinations in the area, the location is perfect, especially with your own car. The place itself is very new, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Even coffee, tea and spices are available. Towels, bed linen, shampoo and shower gel, you almost feel like you're in the hotel. Everything is really thought of for children, especially the large garden with lots of play equipment is a dream. Our children immediately played there with the children of the landlords. Nicko umd his wife are very likeable, we felt right at home. Immediately after booking, Nicko wrote to us and asked about the age of the children and our needs. I have never experienced this before. Otherwise, he was always very helpful and friendly. All around a great stay.
