Ovaj prelijepi novi stan se nalazi u centru Virovitice u blizini svega što bi moglo zanimati vas i vaše suputnike. Pogled sa prostranog balkona se prostire na samo središte grada. Stan ima sobu, dnevni boravak, king size krevet i trosjed na razvlačenja. Kupaonica je moderno uređena. Grijanje je centralno plinsko, a za hlađenje je ugrađen klima uređaj. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
