The path to Karmøy's natural phenomenon Dueglåp passes through the property. Eager birdwatchers come here all year round. Hop with Viking ships from King Ferking, Ferkingstad fishing port, Fishermens Memorial and Stavasanden is a short trip away. The coastal trail from Ferkingstad to Åkrehamn with some of Norway's most beautiful sandy beaches is recommended. Feel free to try your luck at fishing from land, when the weather permits.

Førsteetasjen i en sjarmerende villa fra 1912. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men med tydelige spor av gammel stil. Huset ligger i en rolig blindgate, et steinkast bak rådhuset. Setter du deg ute i gården med en kaffe, kan du nyte morgensolen og synet av rådhuskuppelen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.

Newly renovated farmhouse in peaceful surroundings.

The house is a farmhouse from 1907, it was completely renovated in 2019. The house is located in an open landscape surrounded by farms that run sheep, cows and horses. These surroundings create beautiful views from all around. On our farm we cultivate fruits and berries, and produce apple cider and aronia juice for sale. In addition, we have a small home bakery where we bake potato cakes. The house is located undisturbed in relation to both neighbors and the host family's home.

Micro cabin on the quay

The micro cabin was completed in August 2023. It is 17.6 square meters. In the living room there are 5 seats and a chest of drawers with storage. The sofa can be turned into a double bed. The sleeping area is in the loft. There you lie under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and sea views if the weather is good. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and shower.
