Audrey was easy to reach, helpful and flexible. The house was as described and very clean. Even if you don't have your own parking space right outside the door, it's just 130 m to the nearest free parking space. Good to do!

Audrey and Remy's place was the perfect place to call home during our stay in Paris. It is centrally located to anything you'd want to do/see in Paris. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, too! The subway is right down the street, but you won't need to use it much since you can walk to any and all of the tourist sites from the apartment. It's also really quiet, which is rare when staying in Paris, so we slept well! Can't wait to come back and stay here someday!

Cozy apartment with original and warm decoration, comfortable,very well equipped , at all levels . A beautiful quiet and secure residence. Miss Phan is a lovely roommate, who once confidently asks attention and scraping. The location is ideal for visiting Paris by public transport, while also enjoying the neighborhood: Parc des Buttes Chaumont , Parc de la Villette, Canal Saint Martin and others. On a daily basis, many shops at the foot of the building. In addition, Lydie is a friendly,responsive, and caring host.

Host was very friendly and helpful, place was as described and very clean. Location is not walkable to tourist spots but there is a train station right outside the front door, walkable to pharmacy, grocery store and a few pubs/cafes. Has a washer but no electric dryer, only hang to dry. Coffee pot, tea kettle, hair dryer and iron.

Florent's apartment is a beautiful apartment, very large with a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 comfortable bedrooms. With all the comforts. Absolutely recommend. Even the area where the apartment is located is quiet with restaurants and bakeries. There is nothing to complain about. The next time we come to Paris we will try to sleep there again. Thank you. We had a great time. Very responsive and always helpful. Btw the location is PRIME - everything we wanted to do/see was mostly walking distance or a short metro ride away. Would like to come back here if I ever visit Paris again.

It had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect location, close to metro, great restaurants around, supermarkets were also in walking distance. The place was clean, had an amazing terrace, very spacious. Did not get hot even if outside was 32 degrees.
