That is one great apartment! I love the wooden floor and the soacious shower. Also, there are two ACs, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. I also love the lock at the door of the apartment which just requires a six dihit code instead of a physical key. Location is great, right in Villa Morra.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and cozy. I really felt like home. Moran is an extraordinary hostess. I strongly recommend this place for a nice staying in Asuncion.

Quiero agradecer a Juan por brindarnos un espacio acogedor y confortable durante nuestra estancia en Asuncion, El departamento es hermoso, con una decoración impecable y con todos los detalles necesarios para sentirnos como en casa. La ubicación es excelente , a pocos pasos de cafes, bares y restaurantes, con fácil acceso a transporte público. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro, ideal para descansar después de un día de exploración. Juan fue un excelente anfitrión , siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y a responder a nuestras preguntas. Su comunicación fue clara, rápida y nos dio buenos consejos sobre lugares para ir a visitar y comer En resumen, este departamento es una joya en Asuncion, Si estás buscando un lugar acogedor, confortable y bien ubicado, no dudes en elegir este departamento. ¡Lo recomendamos al 100%!!

Excellent location with many restaurants, villa morra park street food, supermarket nearby. The apartment is small but clean, comfortable and fully functional. Great bed! I would gladly stay again!

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.

Excelente experiencia. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento para quien desee pasar unos días por la capital de Paraguay ya que cuenta con todas las facilidades, además de ser seguro y estar muy bien ubicado. El self check-in es una ventaja muy valorada. Volvería a rentarlo con mucho gusto.

Maison nickel 👌 comme décrit avec jardin, barbecue, étendoir, il ne manque rien. Quartier très calme Nous nous sommes senti de suite comme chez nous. Alain et Carla sont très réactif et d’une grande gentillesse, nous les remercions vivement. Nous reviendrons chez eux sans hésitation.

Es una casa comoda para un grupo grande de personas, tiene varias habitaciones y baños y la ubicación es en un barrio seguro

What a wonderful place to stay—- in the house where Sophia has lived all her life , and it was great to be with her and her family ..what stood out though was my daughter and I spending a whole day with Sophia. It really was the highlight of our trip to Aregua and the surrounding area!!
