The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

Amazing experience! Having a Riad of this scale and beauty to yourself was a dream. Abdellatif was very helpful and made it a point of honor to take care of us. As for Aisha it's literally the hidden pearl of the Riad, we dined at the Riad on both nights because her food was excellent, it helped to make our stay wonderful. The homemade breakfast was delicious! And what about the Riad itself, 6 bedrooms, beautiful mosaics, light fixtures and moldings, several terraces, what more could you ask for? The rooms were also very clean and very large. We loved our stay and highly recommend Riad Eleganza.

We had great 5 Nights at the House of Figs. The location, the house and first and foremost the hosts made it a memorable stay in the beautiful old town of Fes. We found it the perfect base to explore Fes and around. Also great to relax and chill on the lovely roof terrace. Anne and Ian were most helpful and knowlegable from A-Z.

What a wonderful stay - Joe and Claire have lovingly restored the riad and kept many traditional touches. The riad is spacious and private, the bathrooms and shower room were clean and worked well, and there is excellent wifi throughout the home up to the rooftop. The real gem of this riad is the rooftop, with Medina views and delicious breakfasts prepared by Imane. Thank you for having us in your home!

Dar Alexander riad is truly beautiful, one of the nicest I've stayed in. The service was exceptional thanks to the wonderful team. Zakaria was a great help with our luggage, and the cooks prepared the most delicious meal we had in Morocco. Zahrae, our host, was the best! She gave us such a warm welcome, fantastic recommendations, and really made us feel at home, almost like having a local guide. We really appreciated everyone's hospitality and felt it was great value, especially for a group. Zahrae's warmth and the sense of community she shared made our experience in Fes so special. Nice appartement good location easy the fond Driss and he's wife was helpful . But all the bedding haven't been changed before our arrival so we had the change them all and the drain of the sink in the kitchen was blocked The last night and on the morning when we leaving the lift doesn't work so we had the walk on the stairs the baby and our baggage

Very pleasant stay at Katrien's in the heart of the Fes medina. The accommodation is very clean and very comfortable. A haven of peace between 2 visits, especially on the different pleasant terraces at any time of day. Kateien was very welcoming, like the people of this country.... she organized at our request our transport from the airport and our arrival at the accommodation with the help of a carrier. I highly recommend it!

The host and his daughter Imane, were very friendly and always attentive to us. The accommodation was the same as the photo and is located 1 min from the Puerta Azul which is full of restaurants and everything you want. We had an excellent stay! Thank you Amine! Someday let's come back

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with toddler. Sanae is a very caring host. She proactively asked us if we needed a cot. She also provided this very nicely. Absolute recommendation for old town visitors as well as top views! Always happy to

Our stay here was absolutely perfect, no notes! the place was spotless, incredibly cozy, especially with the fireplace (which by the way our host kindly lit up for us to make sure the place was warm when we got there) which made our stay even more special. it had everything we needed, the attention to detail was truly remarkable literally NOTHING was missing. the price was also incredibly fair for the quality of the stay and the host was kind and responsive, always making sure we were comfortable. i highly recommend this Airbnb and would 100% stay here again if i get the chance!

We have already received important information in advance and were warmly welcomed. The residential complex in which the apartment is located is very well maintained and guarded. The apartment is spacious, cozy and very nicely designed. The view from the balcony to the park is very nice. The only criticism would be that the kitchen could use slightly higher quality pots and pans. Since there are some good restaurants nearby, we didn't use the kitchen as often. All in all, we were very please.
