The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 5 people, fully integrated into the surrounding environment, are equipped with linens, towels and dishes and pleasantly furnished. Guests have the swimming pool (18 m X 6 m), the bowling alley, table tennis, games for children and a large garden, with plants and flowers fine, there are areas reserved for each apartment , accompanied by sun loungers, chairs and tables, where guests can now enjoy their stay in the maximum relax. The apartment Pozzo, consists of two bedrooms, one double and one single, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, freezer, and the living room with vaulted ceiling, includes a sofa with two armchairs, television, dining table. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Cottage La Vita for up to 6 guests's a welcoming home set in a quiet neighborhood of Siena. Perfect base for Siena centre, Chianti wine area, with Castellina in Chianti only 20 minutes on a panoramic drive. Florence and Montepulciano within 1 hour and San Gimignano 30 minutes. The cottage is part of our estate where we also live with our adult children and dogs that we keep in our fenced garden at the rear of the building. We highly value our guests privacy but we are available for any need.

Located in the Chianti hills, along the Strade Bianche cycling route, about 8 km from Siena's historic centre, and just a few minutes' drive from the Scotte polyclinic and the Rugani clinic, Casina del Castagno can be reached via the Siena Nord exit on the Siena–Florence highway. The property is housed in a former farm outbuilding opposite a Tuscan barn where the owners live. It is ideal for those who want to visit places of artistic interest and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside.
