Cute Beach Cottage

A no-frills cabin feel at a rustic house on the Salish Sea w/ private beach. Park and walk down trail (220 steps, must be able-bodied.) You are right on the water! Full kitchen, Keurig coffee machine (bring K-cups,) microwave, oven, fridge, hot water maker, water filter, washer/dryer, tub/shower, deck w/ BBQ. You will need directions. Trail lights upon request after dark. (This is not a party house, no pets or shellfish digging. Young children not recommended due to stairs.) Strong cell signal!

Enjoy & gather eggs from the hens, eat from the garden, s'mores, swing on the swings, play games, records, & open the wall to wall front glass doors, wood fired hot tub & watch the sea of trees move in the wind on the porch. 15min -Tacoma/13 min - Puyallup fair/45min to airport and Mt. Just 1 mile off of I-5 in Fife, you'll find this home just a short distance away from Downtown Tacoma. In the north-end of this city you'll find the Ruston Way Waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, along with a variety of restaurants to please the most discerning pallet. This area boasts miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading if you are ready for some outdoor adventure. The Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup are 10-15 minutes away if your coming for an event there.

Your living space is fully private, and no one will enter your home during your stay. Outdoor areas may be shared or accessed as needed, but we always respect our guests’ privacy.

Mares Landing Private Guest House

Private guest house located 10 minutes from the Washington State Fairgrounds, with room for oversized vehicles/trailers. We have quick access to freeways to carry you to the entire Puget Sound area. Our spacious, peaceful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home gives you lots of quiet country privacy right in the city. The guest house sits behind the main farmhouse providing the best views. The owners live on the property. We are family-friendly and love to share our hobby farm.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

Street parking available. Minutes from local beaches/parks and 15 minutes to downtown Tacoma. Fully remodeled and relaxing!

Detached Studio / 1-Night Min / Low Cleaning Fee

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.
