It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

The house consists of a traditional "Katoi" level, ground floor and first floor and has large terraces / balconies on each floor as well as a garden to which there is direct access to the bedrooms.

(45 sqm) It is located on the second level. It consists of a separate bedroom with traditional iron beds (1 king or 2 twins beds) and a sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a wooden sofa bed in the sitting area. Both of rooms have a panoramic sea view, 360 degrees, with 2 large private verandas. It has a capacity of 3 persons. A 4th guest can be accommodated at an extra bed.
