The farm Strandheim is located 532 meters above sea level in Kjøremsgrende, in the very south of the mountain village Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås, among others. You have the storage room for yourself. We now offer breakfast baskets with everything you need for a good start to the day. NOK 125 per person. Must be ordered the day before by 7 pm

Authentic log cabin in Lom

Authentic and old log cabin that provides rest and tranquility in the soul. Here you get a unique, Norwegian cabin experience with lit candles, fire in the fireplace and nature close by. Two living rooms with fireplace, bedroom, bathroom (no shower and no water), spacious loft and kitchen with long table. The cabin is an original prayer house with a large ceiling height in the main living room, and a recently furnished loft with many mattresses for beds with a window down to the living room and out towards Lomseggen. The cabin has no water. NB: - no running water - outhouse

Welcome to Eldhuset!

Eldhuset is a small, cozy cottage on the Enersvold farm in Garmo. Garmo is located right between Lom and Vågå (13 km to Lom city centre and 16 km to Vågåmo), and the place is a good starting point for an active holiday with Jotunheimen as the closest neighbour. Eldhuset has a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, two bedrooms (one room with a family bunk bed, the other with a 120 cm wide bed), and a bathroom. In addition, mattresses can be placed on a small loft. The house is connected to the farm, so there are dogs, horses and cows that you can meet there.

Today you are welcome to wake up in uniquely restored and protected timber houses in the heart of living cultural landscapes, mountain homes and farms. Bellestugu is a beautiful, historic farmhouse on Lesja. Restored and set up as part of the courtyard at Brendjordsbyen in 2021.

Description Spacious cabin with loft. Here you can go straight out into miles of cross-country trails, go alpine skiing, or use the cabin as the perfect starting point for mountain trips in Jotunheimen. Walking distance to Lemonsjøen mountain lodge and café bar Kalven seter. There is room for 2 families. Rented to adult responsible people. No smoking and no pets allowed. By further agreement, the canoe can be lent to the tenant. The area is an eldorado for mountain fishing.

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg is beautifully located with a panorama view of Jotunheimen, in the middle of the vibrant and authentic cultural landscape of the mountain village Vågå. You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm.
