Das Gästeschlafzimmer (1,60 m Bett) liegt im ruhigen Souterrain zum Garten mit kl. Terrasse. Hier befindet sich auch ein Duschbad. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer (ebenfalls mit TV) mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 300 m entfernt.

Our apartment is centrally located. In just 5-10 min. you are in the neighborhood by tram and in about 15 minutes in the city center. The tram stop is at 3-4 minutes walking distance. The apartment is in a quite side street, with free parking. In the immediate vicinity there is a small shopping center (Hansa Carre) and the Weserwehr/Weser.
