Beautiful Turufjell is about 2 hours drive from Oslo. About 15 min drive to Bjørneparken and Bjørneparken shopping center. Here there are both winter and summer activities such as bike park, hiking trails, top tours, fishing waters, miles of cross country trails, ski resorts and ice skating water The cabin is located at 702moh, with the cross country/hiking trails about 50 meters from the cabin wall, and about 5 minutes walk from the alpine ski resort and cafe. Top hike, bike ride, walk or cross country ski trip can literally start at the cabin wall.

During the summer months you will be able to meet grazing sheep and lambs on the lush soils down the cabin - in winter the same area can be used for Aking, play and fun! Short distance to famous family attractions such as Bjørneparken, Langedrag and Nesbyen Alpin. From the cabin you can easily get out into the big network of bike paths Nesbyen has to offer.

'Børtnes Hagehjem' Nesbyen, Hallingdal

We are a married couple from the Netherlands who fell in love with the country of Norway, AND with the house we now are renovating to become a Bed and Breakfast. We live in Hallingdal since 2008. When this small house in the garden (Hagehjem =Gardenhome) was ready for family and friends to stay in when they visit us, we thought that it deserved to be used the whole year round. Since 2019 we work together with Airbnb and it is nice that more people can enjoy this cozy space. Welcome!

Join the feeding and you'll get close to the animals. 30 minutes' drive from here, and you are at Turufjell with several family-friendly alpine slopes and many ski trails. 40 minutes drive to Norefjell ski center. We rent out our beautiful Bete Beitski cabin (designed by Turid Haaland). The cabin is located at Sandvasseter, Eggedalsfjella, 1018 m.a.s.l. Ski slopes and great hiking terrain all year round right outside the door. 45 minutes to alpine skiing at Norefjell and 25 minutes to Haglebu. The cabin has fantastic views from most rooms.
