Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Moin und herzlich willkommen im Studio N54/E9 – unserem Apartment am Meer und mitten in der Altstadt von Eckernförde. Zum Ostseestrand sind es nur 150m das leckerste Fischbrötchen der Stadt gibt es im Nachbarhaus und der Bahnhof ist auch nur 100m entfernt. Die 75qm große Dach-Terrasse kann mitbenutzt werden und läd zum relaxen im Strandkorb und zum Essen unter freiem Himmel ein. Der Garten, mit Sandkasten für Kinder, kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden.

The approx. 30 square meter cottage has two rooms and a shower room. In the small front garden you can enjoy the morning sun and on the side terrace the evening sun. Our Resthof is centrally operated with a pellet heater. The farm is a 15-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. From the nearby wild beach you can see over to Denmark. Glücksburg, 5 km away, has good shopping and Flensburg, 17 km away, impresses with its harbor and the many colorful houses.

The home is decorated in an old smithy with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. The garden offers great views of the open field towards a nearby manor. Both Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are less than a half hour drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for bike rides in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
